AZOX provides digital services including but not limited to website development, Google Ads optimization, automation systems, and software development. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal that outlines the specific scope, timeline, and costs.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are defined in individual project invoices or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to commence work. Refunds are generally not provided for work already completed or resources already allocated, except as required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables (e.g., the website code, design assets) are transferred to the client. AZOX retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and retains ownership of any pre-existing reusable code libraries or tools used.

4. Limitation of Liability

AZOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
